Chris Filly is the founder of Sovereign Spine Inc., an originator focused on meeting the power delivery demands of the AI era. His goal is to unleash stranded renewable generation to deliver firm, carbon-free energy to hyperscaler demand.

His work on brownfield redevelopment, right-of-way acquisition, and programmatic power delivery has informed ongoing conversations with industry leaders and the Department of Energy. He is the author of The AI Energy Crisis and host of the AI vs. Energy podcast.
